The Managing Director of Mars Group Mr. Md. Sabir Hossain a Post Graduate in Social Science from National University in 1996, has started his carrier as proprietor in M.S. Trading since 1998 as a commodity items trader and imports a variety of food grains and poultry feed . Mr. Sabir Hossain is one of the models of Poultry, Dairy and Fish feed related business. He is well known to all of the reputed company all over Bangladesh. By his excellent behavior, strong commitment of payment and sound capacity of supplying he has achieved a lot of Good will, In the other hand he has been manufacturing and marketing Poultry & fish feed for last fifteen years by the name Mars Feed Ltd, & Shushama feed Ltd. With the continuous success it is essential to form the new business concern and establishing from own Equity named Mars Flour Mills Ltd. (production capacity 200mtn P.D) & Mars Soya Processing Mills Ltd. (production capacity 200mtn P.D) In 2020 and the business runs as MARS Group. All of the business units under fully running with its full capacity.

Trading was established as a commodity items trader and imports a variety of food grains and poultry feed, serving major buyers such as City Group, Meghna Group, Jamuna Group and Pran Bangladesh.

In 2011, Mars Group expanded its operations by establishing a poultry feed manufacturing unit, named Mars Feed Ltd. The group has continued to grow and diversify its business, branching into poultry and fisheries as well. In 2014 he acquired an established renowned Feed Manufacturing Factory named Shushama Feed Ltd. in Churkhai, Mymensingh

in 2020, the group is now well-positioned to take advantage of the growing demand for processed food and animal feed products in Bangladesh.

The future plane of the group is to establish its own Salt product plant, Soya Extraction Plant, Lime stone Plant etc. in coming years.
